Direct Draw Phosphated Wire
General Information
NURTEL TEL SANAYİ A.Ş.’s Direct Drawing Phosphated Wire service enables the production of high strength and corrosion resistant wires. This service is offered to improve the performance and durability of wires used in industrial applications such as fasteners, automotive parts and construction materials.
The phosphate coating process increases corrosion resistance by forming a protective layer on the surface of the wires. This coating ensures the longevity of the wire and its resistance to various harsh conditions.
Our service consists of coating low carbon steel wires with phosphate solution and then cold drawing them to the desired diameter and strength. This process optimizes the workability and performance of the wires.
