Wire Drawing Processes

1. Raw Material Selection:
   • At the beginning of the wire drawing process, high quality low carbon steel raw materials are carefully selected. This directly affects the quality and performance of the end product.
2. Cold Drawing:
   • The steel wire is passed through specially designed moulds to achieve the desired diameter and mechanical properties. Cold drawing process increases the strength of the wire and improves the surface quality.
3. Diameter and Dimension Control:
   • During and after the wire drawing process, the diameter and other dimensions of the wire are checked with precision instruments. This guarantees that the wire conforms to international standards and customer requirements.
4. Heat Treatment and Surface Treatment:
   • Following the wire drawing process, various heat treatment and surface treatment processes are applied to improve the mechanical properties and surface quality of the wires.
5. Packaging and Shipment:
   • At the end of the production process, the wires are carefully packed and made ready for shipment. The packaging process ensures that the products reach the customer without damage.
